The Swedish Research and Innovation Platform for electric roads, where VTI is one of the partners, is arranging the first dedicated international conference on the topic, 14-15th of June 2017. The venue is Sandviken in Sweden where Europe’s first Electric Road System (ERS) implementation in public road is located.

The conference aims to gather international researchers and experts, to disseminate and discuss cutting edge results from research and pilot projects on the topic of Electric Road Systems, to facilitate and stimulate new colla-borations, and to facilitate societal uptake of ERS as a sustainable solution for transport.
The conference program consist of key-notes and research result presentations, mixed with demonstration activities and industry panels related to all aspects of ERS.
The conference committee invites international researchers to join us to present result or or participate in discussions. Results of research from academia, research institutes, industry and public authorities are welcome to be presented.
